contract is concluded. If we have the goods in stock, they can
be picked up directly from our warehouse in Innsbruck.

agreed on an individual basis. After a credit check normally
30-50% of the order amount is due when placing the order and
the rest is due immediately upon collection (e.g. by express
bank transfer). However, we reserve the right to make this
dependent on various factors and to decide in individual
cases. Payment is generally possible by bank transfer and,
depending on the total amount, alternatively by credit card or
PayPal.
Due to the high demand, this
depends on the product and the order quantity. In the case of
foreign products, we must check that all certificates
(especially CE certificates) are genuine and carry out the
customs procedures, which increases the delivery time. In any
case, we will provide this information before the contract is
concluded.
Basically, we have the option of supplying respiratory masks
of all protection classes, as well as other protective
equipment (disposable gloves, eye protection, ...). The
available products depend on the stock level.

We are active in the B2B area and
do not do any retailing. You do not necessarily need an EU VAT
number to order. So we have e.g. Medical practices as
customers who are exempt from VAT according to the VAT law.
Nevertheless, you must confirm that you are purchasing the
goods for an entrepreneurial activity (business-related). We
also generally do not deliver goods in very small quantities.
